174 Igglybuff

The fifth in my series of pokémon pics! Despite the fact that I'm picking them randomly, I've already had both Wigglytuff and Igglybuff in the first five. CONSPIRACY?

I discovered that drawing lineart of circles is hard. I should have just cheated and used the ellipse tool, but no, I had to do it the hard way and have it end up looking silly. Ahh well.
